Assisted Living: An exceptional choice for older adults who need personal care or supportive services. Featuring 52 spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments, 374 to 1027 square feet, with full kitchen and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Monthly fees include meals, weekly housekeeping, social and recreational prorams and 24-hour on-site staff.
Specialty Care Residences: Elegant yet home-like setting with 27 private suites for individuals with increased care needs or memory impairments. Features family-style living/dining areas and outdoor deck and roof garden. Staff specialty trained in dementia care standards. Delayed egress exit doors to deter wandering. Monthly fees are determined by level of support and include three daily meals, weekly housekeeping, medication management and therapeutic activity program.
