Identifying and Targeting the Contact Market
Ogden's Commercial/investment team uses our active buyer database to match your property features with the buying criteria of individual investors, large acquisition groups, REIT's and foreign investors. After matches are found we begin to contact these prospects, starting with close, logical buyers first and expanding outward. These potential buyers are initially contacted via phone, mail, e-mail and interested parties receive the marketing package immediately.

In addition, your property can be advertised in local pulbications such as the Commercial Real Estate section of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, and in the Milwaukee Business Journal. The Chicago Tribune and Wall Street Journal are also advertising options, when appropriate.
