• Initially, we meet with Owners to review all the essential details of their current operations. A walk-through of the property focuses on current property needs and an evaluation of the on-site personnel.
• Based on the individual needs of our Owners, our property managers work diligently to establish a mutually beneficial system of reporting. Each month our Owners receive concise, accurate and easy to read income and expense reports for their property.
• Our Property Managers are always just a phone call away. 24-hour contact is available for our Residents and Owners through the capable hands of our answering service.
• Large projects are competitively bid out with an eye for quality work and your specifications in mind. We work with many of the contractors in southeastern Wisconsin. Due to our size and the economics of scale, lower costs are passed on to you, the Owner.
• CraftMaster Contractors, our in-house maintenance company, carry Motorola, closed circuit communication and travel in fully equipped trucks.
