Julie began her career in real estate management in 1991. She earned the Accredited Residential Management (ARM®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and Community Associations Institute (CAI). 

Julie has an extensive background in managing high end multi-family apartment, condominium and Tax Credit - Section 42 properties. She is also instrumental in new business development and assisting developers in condominium conversions and new project start-up.

Julie is President of CAI-Wisconsin serving the needs of condominium and homeowner associations and is a member of the CAI Education & Program Committee. Julie is also active in the local IREM® chapter, serving as the Community Affairs Committee chairperson and Real Estate Alliance for Charities (REACH) Board of Directors.

Susan Fellows has over 19 years of successful management and customer service experience. Her passion for the multi-housing industry began with her first job as a leasing consultant upon graduating from UW-Milwaukee with a double major in real estate and marketing. Susan quickly moved up the ladder in property management to the level of regional manager handling multiple sites with full responsibility for property and staff performance. From leasing agent to directing the division, customer service to employee guidance and motivation, tax credit to market rate, Susan knows every aspect of this industry. Decreasing vacancies and improving resident retention are two of Susan's talents that have been evident in the bottom line of the Ogden clients' properties that she has touched.

Susan was born and raised in metropolitan Milwaukee and is proud to be a native. Her free time is spent relaxing and working on family property in northern Wisconsin.


Michael

Michael graduated from Cardinal Stritch College with an associate degree in Liberal Arts in 1990. In 1995, Michael relocated to the east coast area and began working for the McGraw Hill Companies in Hightstown, NJ as a customer service representative for the magazine division.

In 1998, Michael returned to Wisconsin and he joined the Ogden team as an Assistant to Property Manager in the condominium division. Over the years, his position has grown into Property Manager of two condominium associations and Maintenance Specialist. Michael works closely with the Ogden Property Managers and assists customers with homeowner concerns, maintenance requests and dispatching for various on-site issues. His individual attention to customers needs, particularly in regards to maintenance, make him an essential asset to the Ogden Management Team.

Michael currently resides in West Allis with his wife and two young daughters.

As a Condominium Property Manager, Chad handles all facets of the day to day operations of over 10 properties located throughout the greater Milwaukee metropolitan area. His previous position as a Premier Maintenance Director has allowed him to grow his portfolio with Ogden & Company, Inc. and provide exceptional customer service to hundreds of condominium boards and homeowners.

Chad joined Ogden in July 2004 and immediately put his experience in maintenance management and problem solving to work as a Property Manager. His accreditations include CMCA and CPO (Certified Pool Operator). Chad also has his real estate sales license and is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI®).

Chad was recently announced the first Ogden & Company, Inc. Crew Chief. This award recognizes his ongoing commitment to providing superior customer service both internally and externally. Chad currently resides in Oconomowoc with his wife and enjoys working around his house during free time.

Wayne has an extensive background in property management, with a specific focus on Condominiums and Multifamily. With over 13 years experience in the real estate industry, Wayne’s hands-on approach to management has made him an integral part of the Ogden property management team.

Wayne received the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) in 1996. In addition, he was honored with the ARM® of the Year award in 2003 & 2004. Other certifications include CMCA, AMS and memberships to both Community Associations Institute (CAI®) and IREM. He is currently working on obtaining the Professional Certified Property Manager (PCAM) certification from CAI.

Wayne joined the Ogden team in June 1997 and has since built a comprehensive mixed portfolio of condominiums, multifamily and commercial buildings.

Julie began working in the Ogden Condominium Division in 1994. At the time, condominium management was on a much smaller scale. Since that time, the condominium industry has grown significantly, as has Julie's role in the Property Managment Division. She currently manages condominium associations, and facilitates all collection of delinquent dues for all condominium properties managed by Ogden.

Julie's previous experience includes restaurant management, real estate sales and financial management administration. She also coordinates the Ogden annual fundraising campaigns for both United Way and the United Performing Arts Fund. Julie also enjoys supporting the Milwaukee arts community in her spare time.

Janice carries 15+ years of experience in the property management field. She is a certified Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) and her portfolio has spanned many areas, including senior housing, residential management, Section 42 housing and project/facilities management.

During her career, Janice has served as Chairperson of the ARM/Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) committee and is an active member of IREM and Community Associations Institute (CAI®). She focuses on continuing education and enjoys taking the many intensive education courses offered through IREM/CAI, specifically those with a focus on facilities management and financial analysis. Janice joined the Ogden team in May 2007 as a property manager with a mixed portfolio of condominium associations and multi-family dwellings.

In her spare time, Janice enjoys spending time with her husband, painting, drawing, reading and traveling by air or motorcycle throughout the state and country.

Nicole Porter

Before joining the Ogden team in summer 2006, Nicole owned a contracting firm for four years, specializing in home renovations and skilled trades. With her 7+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Nicole excels in project coordination and contractor negotiation. She enjoys organizing new projects and facilitation communication between condominium homeowners and contractors.

Nicole has taken numerous continuing education courses through both the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and Community Associations Institute (CAI®) focusing on facilities and financial management. She has an Associate’s degree in Sales and Marketing and is a NAPO Certified Professional Organizer. Currently, Nicole manages over 10 condominium associations and assists other property managers with projects as they arise, utilizing her project coordination skills to the fullest.

Nicole lives in Muskego with her husband, John. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two cats and two dogs.
